The Council and the People decided. . . . of the People . . . the Boeotian [federation (koinou)] (10) . . . lawsuits (dikas) . . . of the Lamians+1+ . . . having been present ([paragenom]enoi) at Megara+2+ . . . well and justly, for good fortune, the Council shall decide, that the presiding committee (15) allotted for the forthcoming Assembly shall place these matters on the agenda, and submit the opinion of the Council to the People, that it seems good to the Council to praise [the city of the Lamians] and crown it with a gold crown [according to the law for its excellence and the good will] which it has towards the Athenian People, and to announce the crown at the Dionysia (20) [in the new tragedies, and to praise the judges sent] . . . - son of Diodoros . . .
