To Lucius Mamilianus Crispinus, of perfectissimus rank, priest of the most holy Fortunas, curator of the fatherland and of the city of Sinuessa promoted by imperial decision, who performed all civic functions, on account of his ancestry and of the efforts of his ancestors, the whole citzenry decreed that [this] statue be set up to the most outstanding patron.
