Fragments b-d Decree 1 . . . . . . the citizenship granted to [his father and?] grandfather and the other grants (5) apply both to him and his descendants and are valid; and there shall take care of Arybbas, so that he suffers no harm, the Council (10) in office at any time and the generals in office at any time, and any other Athenian who happens to be present; and he shall have access (15) both to Council and to People, whenever he needs it; and the prytany (prutaneis) in office shall ensure that he obtains access; (20) and the secretary of the Council shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele and set it down on the acropolis; and for inscribing the stele (25) let the treasurer of the People give 30 drachmas from the fund allocated to the People for expenditure on decrees; and to invite Arybbas to dinner in the city hall (prutaneion) (30) tomorrow; and to invite also those who have come with Arybbas to hospitality in the city hall (prutaneion) tomorrow; and to put on the agenda the other matters of which (35) Arybbas speaks.
