[In the archonship of Ktesikles (334/3)], [in the third or ninth] [prytany, of Akamantis, for which] [Mnesiphilos son of Mneson] [of Phaleron was secretary]. (1) [On the twenty-]fifth (hektēi met’ eikadas) [of Boedromion or Mounichion]. Assembly. Of the presiding committee (proedrōn) D[emokr-] of Paiania+1+ was putting to the vote. (5) The People decided. Demades son of Demeas of Paiania proposed: to praise Amyntor, since he shows good will towards the Athenians; (10) and Amyntor son of Demetrios+2+ shall be an Athenian, himself and his descendants, and it shall be permitted for him to be enrolled in the tribe and deme and phratry (15) that he wishes, those which the laws stipulate; and the prytany secretary (grammatea kata prutaneian) shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele (20) and stand it on the acropolis; and for inscribing the stele . . . . . .
