The People decided. . . . of Oion proposed: since P(?)- (5) continues to be well disposed towards the Athenian People and to do whatever good is in his power, both himself and his father Dioph[antos?] , the People shall decide: to praise P(?)- son of Dioph[antos?] of Hestiaia and crown him with a [foliage?] crown, (10) and he shall be proxenos and benefactor of the Athenian People, both himself and the descendants of [P(?)-], and he shall have right of ownership (enktēsin) of land and a house at Athens , according to the law; and . . . (15) shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele . . .
