Demeas son of Demades of Paiania proposed: since T- (5) son of [Mo?]schos of Plataia is well disposed towards the Athenian People and does whatever good is in his power on behalf of the city, the People shall decide: that he shall be an Athenian, himself and (10) his descendants, and he shall be enrolled in the tribe and deme and phratry that he wishes, except those which the laws prohibit; and the prytany (prytaneis) of Akamantis shall put (15) the vote about him to the People in the Assembly; and the prytany secretary (grammatea kata prytaneian) shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele and stand (20) it on the acropolis . . . | ||
