The council and people ( ordo populusque ), all entreating together, set up this statue to its most distinguished patron, with enthusiastic gratitude. [On the side] Dedicated during the consulship of our lords Augusti Valens for the 6th time and Valentinian (II) for the 2nd time, on the 5th day of the Kalends of August. | ||
