Of the presiding committee - son of (5) Diozotos of Oinoe was putting to the vote, and his fellow presiding committee members. The Council and People decided. Nikostratos son of Philiskos of Thorai proposed: Since . . . . . . being a friend ([oik]eios) of king Eumenes, [in earlier times?] showed goodwill and has continued to be useful collectively to the People and individually to citizens coming to Pergamon, (10) and now that Eumenes [has taken over rule from his father?] . . .
