In the second prytany, of -, for which Aristonous son of Aristonous of Anagyrous was secretary. (5) On the ninth of Boedromion, the thirty-second of the prytany. Principal Assembly. Of the presiding committee (proedrōn) . . . was putting to the vote. Polyeuktos son of Sostratos of Sphettos proposed: since Theophantos son of - of - (10) displays his good will towards the Athenians, to praise him; and he shall be proxenos and benefactor of the Athenian People; and the prytany secretary (grammatea kata prytaneian) shall inscribe the decree for him and stand it (15) on the acropolis; and the treasurer of the People shall give 20 drachmas for inscribing the stele from the People’s fund for expenditure on decrees.
