[In honour] of Aemilius. ?Given (or for?) the range of his meritorious public works and the variety of pleasures that he has provided, stimulated by the activities of his father and grandfather, from an early age serving his country and his fellow-citizens, Marcus Vibius Arianus Geminus, excellent man (of equestrian status), perpetual flamen (priest), pontifex (priest) of the provincial cult of Tripolitania (of the emperors) twice, duumvir, in accordance with the vote of the most peaceful people and the decree of the most splendid city council.
