(Statue) of Honoratianus. For the guardian of justice and laws, parent of all humanity, friend of civilization and justice, Flavius Honoratianus, of clarissimus rank. To its fair patron, in consideration of the many provisions concerning the service of the consular office, the clientele of the province of Numidia has set up the honour of a statue.
