(5) Telemachos son of Theangelos of Acharnai proposed: concerning what Theophantos says, the Council shall resolve: that the presiding committee (proedrous) allotted to preside in the People, shall introduce Theophantos and put the matter on the agenda, and submit the opinion (10) of the Council to the People that it seems good to the Council . . . . . . / reference
