    To Nummius Aemilianus Dexter, of clarissimus rank, because of the distinguished deeds he accomplished during the good exercise of his governorship ( proconsulatus ). The whole [province of] Asia dedicated this statue, which was granted by imperial favour ( concessam beneficio principali ).
