L(ucius) Volusius Gallus, Roman knight, former duovir , pontifex , perpetual flamen , on account of the remarkable chasteness of her disposition, to the mother of the Volusii, Appianilla, Bassus and Cerealis, his children, set this up by permission of the most splendid council ( ordo ).
