To Caius Iulius Rufinianus Ablabius Tatianus, of clarissimus rank, son of Rufinianus the orator, patron of the imperial fisc ( fisci patrono rationum summarum ), enrolled among consulares by decision of the deified Constantine, legate of the province of Asia, governor ( corrector ) of Tuscia et Umbria, governor ( consular ) of Aemilia et Liguria, priest of mother Vesta and in the college of priests, deputy supervisor to the priest of Hercules ( promagistro sacerdoti Herculis ), governor ( consularis ) of Campania; the most splendid council and the people of Abellinum, on account of his remarkable services to itself, his kindness, devoutness and integrity, decreed this statue to be set up.
