    For good fortune. In the archonship of Phanomachos (242/1?),+1+ in Mounichion, at the Herakleia. On the following terms the genē were reconciled (dielusanto) with one another, that of Sounion and that (5) of the Seven Tribes+2+, by the chosen conciliators (dialutōn), Antigenes of Semachidai and Kalliteles of Sounion. To this extent shall the precinct (temenous) of Herakles be untilled (anetom), as far as the the altars and (10) beyond the railing (ikriou) as far as the first olive trees. Otherwise the precinct (temenos) shall be bounded to the north up to the first stone wall (haimasia), to the east up to the boundary markers that mark the boundaries of the lands (chōria), (15) to the west up to the piers (?) (embatēres),+3+ both the ones by the sea and the one that lies above; and this precinct (temenos) shall be common to both genē. The Salaminioi from Sounion shall construct a (20) threshing floor at their own expense in the common precinct, the same size as their own, and this threshing floor shall belong to the Salaminioi of the Seven Tribes. The house adjacent to (25) the precinct shall belong as of old to the Salaminioi (or to the Old Salaminioi) of the Seven Tribes as far as both the gates that lead from the sea and as far as the boundary markers that mark the lands in a straight line (eis orthon). The other house, (30) on the east side, shall belong as of old to the Salaminioi (or to the Old Salaminioi) from Sounion as far as the gates that lead from the sea and the boundary markers that mark the lands in a straight line. The gardens (35) and half the well shall belong to each genos. The salt-works (halēn) and the agora in Koile shall be common to both genē. Of the lands, those lying to the east shall belong as of old to (40) the Salaminioi (or to the Old Salaminioi) from Sounion, as far as where the boundary markers lie; those to the west shall belong as of old to the Salaminioi (or to the Old Salaminioi) from the Seven Tribes, as far as where the markers lie, and the sacred arable land (arouran).
