[In honour] of Curnius. To Lucius Volusius Bassus Cerealis, of senatorial and consular status, curator of his own city, for which, along with other public works that he renewed by his industry and tremendous effort, he restored the basilica Ulpia, with its public place, to a better appearance using public money; offering their gratitude, the Lepcitanians, publicly.
