La divina e peculiare clemenza dei nostri signori Costantino Massimo, vincitore, sempre Augusto e Crispo e Costantino nobilissimi Cesari, ordinarono di restaurare a loro spese tramite il rifacimento del cocciopesto il passaggio danneggiato del ponte. Se ne occupò il chiarissimo Quinto Ceionio Cecina Vero, curatore dell'alveo del Tevere e delle cloache della sacra Città, devoto al loro nume e alla loro maestà.

The divine and singular mercy of our lords Constantine Maximus, Victorious, ever Augustus, and Crisps and Constantine most noble Caesars ordered to restore at their own cost, through the reconstruction of the opus signinum, the damaged surface of the bridge.
