To Publius Mummius Sisenna Rutilianus, son of Publius, enrolled in the tribe Galeria, consul, augur, governor of the province of Asia, governor of the province of Upper Moesia, prefect of the alimenta in the district of Aemilia, prefect of the state treasury, commander of the Sixth Legion Victrix, praetor, tribune of the plebs, quaestor, tribune of the Fifth Legion Macedonica, member of the Board of Ten for judging minor cases, patron of the municipium, curator of the sanctuary of Hercules Victor, Salian priest. The Augustales Herculanii (set this up) in the location granted for it by a decree of the local senate. (Right-hand side) Dedicated on 1st June in the year when Maximus and Orfitus were consuls. (Left-hand side) Publius Ragonius Saturninus and Gaius Marcius Marcianus, quaestors of the college of Augustales of Tivoli oversaw the setting up (the statue).
