Statements
Our lords the most prudent undefeated emperors Diocletian and Maximian Augusti restored the bank to its original state which had collapsed in the passage of time, for 110 paces. Manius Acilius Balbus Sabinus, vir clarissimus, curator, of the river Tiber, its banks, and the sewers of the holy city, supervised the work.
