To Lucius Suanius Victor Vitellianus, having performed all offices, of clarissimus and consular rank, curator of the city and patron of the colony, on account of the remarkable justice and integrity of his deeds in favour of the community ( res publica ) and the citizens. The most distinguished council of Calama, with public funds, decreed and set it up.
