L'imperatore Cesare Vespasiano Augusto, pontefice massimo, rivestito della potestà tribunizia per la seconda volta, acclamato imperatore per la sesta volta, console per la terza volta e console designato per la quarta, padre della patria, le acque Curzia e Cerulea condotte dal divo Claudio e in seguito interrotte e disperse per nove anni, a sue spese restituì alla città.
