    To Tiberius Claudius, son of Drusus, Caesar Augustus Germanicus, pontifex maximus, when he held tribunician power for the eleventh time, was consul for the fifth time, and had been hailed imperator 22 times, censor and pater patriae. The senate and people of Rome (dedicated this) because he received eleven conquered kings of the Britons in surrender without any loss, and because he was the first to bring the barbarian tribes from across the ocean under the power of the people of Rome
