Mecenate figlio di Decimo, ascritto alla tribù Maecia, assegnatore di posti nel teatro e patrono del collegio, ha collaudato i lavori; Marco Vaccio Teofilo, liberto di Marco, e Quinto Vibio Simo, liberto di Quinto, presidenti dell'associazione dei decumiani, curarono l'acquisto dell'area per il sepolcro e la costruzione del monumento. b) Lucio Aurelio Filone, libero di Lucio, presidente in carica per la settima volta dell'associazione dei cantores Graeci e di coloro che fanno parte di questo collegio, ha curato, a proprie spese, il restauro (dell'edificio).
