    To Saturninus Secundus, of clarissimus rank, governor ( praeses ) of the province of Aquitanica, master of memory, count of the first order, governor ( proconsul ) of Africa, count of the first order among the imperial cabinet and at the same time quaestor, praetorian prefect twice.
