On account of the increasing value of the many public services and of the outstanding love he feels for his country and his fellow-citizens, to Titus Flavius Vibianus, excellent man (of equestrian status), pontifex (priest), perpetual flamen (priest), priet of the Laurentes of Lavinas, priest of the Mother of the Gods, prefect of all sacred matters, duovir, priest of the province of Tripolitania, [this was set up] here too in accordance with a vote of the people and a decree of the most splendid city council.
