Dis Manibus. Gaius Turius Lollianus, son of Gaius: Whatever is left over by the corpus of the mensores machinarii in connexion with the funeral expenses, I wish this to remain in the possession of the above-mentioned public body; I ask you, colleagues, that you will deign to take it upon yourselves to make, from the interest, a sacrifice for me on the days of observance, i.e., on the 4th March, my birthday, up to 25 denarii, on the day of Parentalia (February 21st) 12.5 denarii, on the day of the Floralia (April 28th) a rose, 5 denarii. If these (wishes) have not been carried out, then you must give double the funeral expenses to the fisc of the statio annonaria.
