To Flavius Valerius Crispus, most noble Caesar, son of our lord Constantine the greatest and unconquered, forever Augustus, and grandson of the deified Constantius. Ovinius Gallicanus, of clarissimus rank, urban prefect and judge in the imperial court of appeal ( iudex sacrarum cognitionum ), devoted to his divine spirit and majesty [set this up].
