To Quintus Axilius Urbicus, of perfectissimus rank, master of the imperial court of appeal ( magister sacrarum cognitionum ) by the fondness and counsel of the Augusti. The people of Aquileia publicly [set this up] to its most excellent patron, by decree of the councillors.
