    To our lords the most unconquered Theodosius and Valentinian (...). Aemilius Rufinus, elected count of the first order, governor ( consularis ) of Campania, supervised the setting up of the present statue, found in an obscure location, to the public embellishment of a highly frequented place, with the insistence of the man of laudabilis rank Firmus.
