To Clodius Celsinus, prominent man and of clarissimus rank, outstanding for his kindness, authority, and fairness, governor ( corrector ) of the two regions, memorable and superior to all past governors in example of virtues. The most splendid council of the city of Beneventum, to its most worthy patron, [set this up].
