Dedicated on the third day before the kalends of July, in the year when Ursus and Polemius were consuls. As a response to their (scil.: the plebs urbana) dedication he gave the urban plebs bread and wine for a public meal, … bulls, additionally 15 wethers (muttons), and to their treasury a number of… folles from the interests of which they shall arrange an annual meal of the dedication for themselves.
