Quintus Sattius Flavius Vettius Gratus, of clarissimus rank, public augur of the Roman people and of the Quirites, governor ( corrector ), having restored the shrine with his own funds. [On the opposite side of the base] [To a man] of admirable kindness and … benevolence, … count … on account of his services, the council ( ordo ) and people of Regium, [set this up] to the most outstanding patron.
