To the restorer of good fortune, the most merciful emperor, our lord Flavius Constantinus, the greatest, most pious and victorious Augustus; the citizens of the city ( municipium ) of [Sicin]gi (?), devoted to his divine spirit and majesty, [set this up] by decree of the councillors, with public funds.
