To Marcus Maecius Memmius Furius Baburius Caecilianus Placidus, of clarissimus rank, higher pontiff, public augur of the Roman people and of the Quirites, member of the board of 15 people for religious duties, governor ( corrector ) of the Venetiae and Histriae, prefect of the annona with jurisdiction over capital cases ( cum iure gladio ), count of the first order, count of the East, Egypt and Mesopotamia and judge in the imperial court of appeal for the third time ( comes orientis, Aegypti et Mesopotamiae iudici sacrarum cognitionum tertio ), judge for the second time by imperial appointment ( iudici iterum ex de legationibus sacris ), praetorian prefect and judge in the imperial court of appeal for the third time, consul, most outstanding patron; the region Palatina set [it] up.
