To Publius Aelius Aelianus Archelaus Marcus, son of Publius, man of clarissimus origin, who with constancy of praiseworthy age and of recent dignity as patron with forethought enriched the city ( res publica ) of Volturnum; Plutius Maximus, having completed his third embassy, to the patron, for his services.
