To Caius Appius Eunomius Sapidianus, of clarissimus rank, candidate to the quaestorship, urban praetor, aggrandizer of the fatherland, renewer of the citizens, most outstanding patron; the council ( ordo ) and people of Sinuessa decreed [this] statue.
