To Quintus Flavius Messius Egnatius Lollianus, of clarissimus rank, candidate to the quaestorship, urban praetor, public augur of the Roman people and of the Quirites, count of our lords Augusti and Caesars, officer in charge of the banks of the Tiber and of the sewers ( consularis albei Tiberis et cloacarum ) of the sacred City, officer in charge ( consularis ) of public works, officer in charge ( consularis ) of the aqueducts, governor ( consularis ) of Campania; the councillors and people of Suessa [set this up].
