To Marcus Aurelius Vincentius, of perfectissimus rank, governor ( praeses ) of the province of Hispania Tarraconensis, and most just above all earlier governors, the restorer ( restitutor ) of the baths called Montanae. Messius Marianus, curator of the city ( curator rei publicae ) of Tarraco, [set this up].
