Through the generosity of our perpetual lords, the Augusti Constantius and Constans, to Ceionius Italicus, of clarissimus and consular rank, distinguished and unique in all virtues, on account of the benefits of [his] honesty, endurance, firmness, generosity and exceptional love towards all, conferred on itself and on the province, the council ( ordo ) of the blessed colony of Constantina, and the province of Numidia, set [this] up to [their] patron.
