During the flourishing governorship ( proconsulatu of Petronius Probianus, of clarissimus rank, governor ( proconsul ) with the power of judge representing the emperor, Iulius Tullius Priscus, of clarissimus rank, legate of kindly Carthage [ie, of the governor], set this up [this statue], with the supervision of Aemilius Victor, of egregius rank, priest in perpetuity and curator of the city ( res publica ) (transl.
