For the blessedness of the times, the statue of Trajan [was] removed from some ruins, under the proconsulate of Clodius Hermogenianus, most important man, of clarissimus rank; Atilius Theodotus, of clarissimus rank, his legate, took care to move [it] to the new forum ( forum novum ).
