For their father Titus Aelius Timotheus one sarcophagus, likewise for Publius Antonius Samargdus, tutor, one sarcophagus, and for Aelius Polycronius one sarcophagus, likewise whatever (10) is joined, added, built onto this funeral place, and if a wall is added to it after our lifetime, these all will be part of this monument and building. But if someone tries to make this monument and building the object of (15) a donation, or to pass it to another name, he shall be condemned (to pay to) the treasury of the Roman people the sum of 50,000 sestertii, and likewise to the Vestal Virgins the sum of 50,000 sestertii. | ||
