Epiteles son of Soinomos of Pergase proposed: concerning what the head of the delegation (arketheōros) to the Nemean Games (Nemea) says and Lapyris the proxenos of the city, [for good fortune?] the People shall decide: that the (10)head of the delegation (arketheōr-) shall . . . . . . to the . . . and Athenians . . . . . . portion . . . him the money . . . (15) receive [on behalf of?] . . . the proxenoi . . . . . . as many . . . . . . who wishes of the Athenians (?) . . . (20) . . . proxenos . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
