Fl(avius) Maesius Egnatius Lollianus, of clarissimus rank, supervisor of the aqueducts and of the [Porticus] Minicia ( curator aquarum et Miniciae ), devoted to his divine spirit and majesty, [set this up].     (on the front) To our excellent and venerable Lord Constantine, supreme victor Pius ever Augustus, (dedicated by) the illustrious Flavous Mesius Egnatius Lollianus, curator of the aqueducts and the (porticus) Minicia, devoted to the god and the majesty of the Emperor. (on left side) (The statue) was dedicated together with the premises of the office by the illustrious Flavius Lollianus, curator, in the Kalends of March in the year of the consuls (Flavius) Ianuarinus and (Vettius) Justus.
